记者7月11日从科技部有关部门获悉，根据《国务院办公厅转发〈科学技术部、财政部关于科技型中小企业技术创新基金的暂行规定〉的通知》《科技型中小企业技术创新基金项目管理暂行办法》和《科技型中小企业技术创新基金财务管理暂行办法》的有关要求，经科技部科技型中小企业技术创新基金管理中心组织有关专家和单位进行评审、评估，科技部和财政部2012年度科技型中小企业技术创新基金立项项目的审定工作已完成。

    科技型中小企业技术创新基金立项项目包括技术创新项目、公共技术服务机构补助项目和科技型中小企业创业投资引导基金项目，共计7423项，中央财政预算计划安排资金48.0385亿元，首次拨付资金额度为36.003亿元。其中技术创新项目6417项，计划安排资金41.0385亿元，首次拨付资金额度为29.003亿元；公共技术服务机构补助720项，计划安排资金5亿元；创业投资引导基金286项，计划安排资金2亿元。
