7月13日，在深圳首届中国公益慈善项目交流展示会上正式发布了《中国企业基金会发展报告》（2012），报告显示，2010年全年，国内企业基金会共取得超过14亿元人民币的收入（具体为1426171007.41元），其中主要为捐赠收入，共13.17亿元，占总额的92.31%；当年的总支出为8.5亿余元，占当年总收入的59.65%。在各项支出中，公益事业支出占到96.7%，行政办公支出占1.3%，工作人员工资福利支出占到0.9%。从投入领域看，对教育项目的投入最大，为1.9亿多元。
