    据介绍，中核集团对于运行核电厂将采取７项改进措施，包括：核实和统一设计基准；通过加高海堤、设立挡水墙、重要安全功能区域加设防水淹设施，提高核电站抵御洪水能力；提高电源多样性和可靠性，增设移动式柴油发电机，作为核电机组备用电源；研究增设非能动消氢系统，防止氢爆；研究增设安全壳事故过滤排放系统；研究和建立群堆应急行动方案；建立和完善严重事故管理导则，增设乏燃料池事故后测量和补水手段等。
