在《中国好声音》的舞台上李代沫以一首《我的歌声里》的翻唱，让大家记住了这位铁汉的“柔情”。日前，《我的歌声里》原创者曲婉婷所属的环球唱片公司向李代沫发出律师函，直指对方在未经原创者本人或唱片公司授权下，于歌曲MV和浙江卫视《中国好声音》等节目和场合中使用该歌曲属于侵权行为，希望李代沫立即停止对《我的歌声里》词曲的使用。

　　李代沫本人表示目前不便对事件作回应。针对节目组涉及歌曲侵权的说法，《中国好声音》节目组宣传总监陆伟首先强调，电视台每年会向音著协打包支付一笔词曲著作版权使用费，“节目使用过的歌曲，我们会在音著协那登记报备，一年结束后会一次性支付费用，用于电视播出。”陆伟表示，考虑到歌曲将来会涉及到无线下载、彩铃业务，节目组还特地与北京环球、香港环球接洽有关购买翻唱版权的问题。由于与环球在歌曲版权价格上未谈拢，所以尚处于商议中，“《中国好声音》里所有的歌曲，我们都有跟各个唱片公司洽谈购买版权的事，只是有的歌曲版权很快就买好了，有些还在洽谈中。”对于律师函中曾提及的MV，陆伟称节目组并没有帮选手拍摄MV。针对节目组的回应，记者随后也尝试联系环球唱片方面，但截至发稿时仍未得到进一步的回复。
