　　阿雅：哈喽，湖南的朋友大家好，我又来了。这应该是我人生当中第三次上《快乐大本营》，虽然距离上次已经有五年时间了，但是觉得时间过得好久又好快，一切都记忆犹新，上次来是和快乐家族一起玩很多游戏，所以感觉很亲切。(《快本》十五周年，有什么感受？)happy birthday to 《快乐大本营》。我觉得一个节目可以做到十五年是非常不容易的一件事情，而且我觉得透过十五年这样一个时间的磨练，可以感觉到《快乐大本营》给观众的整个氛围是越来越好，这点很难得。我很喜欢主持人这样的组合，因为《快乐大本营》就是给人一种很诚恳、很亲切，好像就是你在看你的好朋友主持节目一样的感觉，所以要祝下一个十五年会更好。

　　阿雅：宪哥有和我保持联系啦，但是不是要在内地另起炉灶，我觉得倒是不一定，因为还是要看节目的内容设计，如果再做一样的东西的话，我本人是觉得比较没有那么大的意思跟兴趣，因为我本人也希望有些新的和好玩的东西。(如果宪哥邀请你，你会拒绝吗？)宪哥没有跟我说，《我猜》要在内地重新开一个，我不晓得这件事情。但是，如果是宪哥的邀请，我当然会慎重考虑，但更主要还是节目的内容，希望有些新的东西。

　　阿雅：当然很希望有这样的一个机会。毕竟湖南卫视在国内娱乐圈的综艺算是跑得很前面的，所以希望能和这边有合作。(你自己想尝试什么样类型的节目？)嗯，其实我心里头有很多点子，但是你知道我是处女座的，如果要实际执行出来的时候，我又是会走很保守、好好计划的那种风格。我记得小时候，我跟小S连隔天几点刷牙都要画表。比如说我们明天出去玩，或者说看几点的电影，那我们就9点起来，洗脸，然后大概9点40吃早餐。这种个性是我的一个部分，所以现在有一些点子还不能跟大家透露，如果是写好了计划，然后可以把它执行出来的时候，到时候一定会给大家一个surprise。

　　阿雅：这一次来上《快乐大本营》，最重要的是我的好姐妹范玮琪出了最新的专辑，来给她助一下阵，因为她的歌声真的很好听。我自己的话也是有新的作品。一方面，我有在网络上制作节目，另一方面有一部新的电影即将在暑期档上映。其实，今天来宣传这部电影有点勉强，因为还没到宣传期，但是我的电影的团队又很希望我把这个电影带给大家看，所以今天算是有点“偷跑”，就是先曝光。我在这个电影里演一位贤妻良母，所以这应该给大家对我的印象是一种新尝试吧。以前，大家感觉我可能和谢娜一样，给人感觉很疯狂这样子，可是呢，毕竟我18岁出道，现在已经30岁，所以走的是轻熟女的路线，那我就觉得，什么年纪就有不同的样子，所以很自然而然地把作品带给大家。

　　阿雅：不会耶。我觉得朋友是要经得起时间的一个培养吧。我不知道大家有没有那样的朋友，就是你们从小就认识，然后看到彼此经历到不同的阶段，有的是人妻，有的是当妈妈，但是你看到的还是那个她，还是跟她分享快乐的难过的那些事情。基本上，我觉得不同的是小时候玩得很疯狂，会打扮啊，去夜店啊，狂欢啊，熬夜啊，但现在我们就喜欢吃一顿，速度变得很慢，然后小酌一点点，就可以东南西北地聊，我觉得这种感觉很不一样。(光是姐妹淘，不带家属会不会招致“不满”？)有时候姐妹会是很好的挡箭牌，因为你说你一天到晚跟老公粘在一起，就不会有那种小别胜新婚的感觉。跟姐妹出来，很正当又是很健康的，男生有男生的兄弟团，那我们姐妹也有姐妹团，对姐妹来说，就会变成彼此的避风港。
