最高人民检察院日前下发《关于进一步依法严厉打击食品安全犯罪行为的通知》，要求各级检察机关加大打击食品安全犯罪力度，增强查办食品安全犯罪行为背后职务犯罪的敏锐性，坚决深挖和严肃查办食品安全犯罪行为背后的职务犯罪。
