新华社北京８月２２日电（记者 李寒芳）由海峡两岸关系法学研究会（以下简称“海研会”）主办的两岸和平发展法学论坛２２日在北京开幕。来自两岸法学界、法律界的１８０名学者将围绕“法治经验回顾与前瞻”主题，进行为期两天的交流探讨。

    ８月９日，海协会与海基会在台北签署了《海峡两岸投资保护和促进协议》、《海峡两岸海关合作协议》两项协议。对于两岸两会恢复协商以来已达成的１８项协议，陈冀平表示，两岸法学、法律界应该共同努力，不断深化两岸法学交流，认真研究如何具体落实两岸各项合作协议，着力探讨如何解决两岸人民交往中出现的法律纠纷，努力破解影响两岸关系和平发展的法律障碍，为维护两岸同胞合法权益，为促进两岸各领域交流合作，为完善两岸关系和平发展的法制化建设贡献智慧和力量。
