新华社北京８月２３日电（记者 陈炜伟、朱立毅）记者２３日从国家煤矿安监局获悉，煤矿安监局将委托中国职业安全健康协会于８月到１２月对部分国有煤矿作业场所粉尘管理状况进行专项调研，调研内容包括了尘肺病患病情况和粉尘检测。

    根据煤矿安监局办公室日前印发的通知，在尘肺病患病情况方面，此次调研将根据矿井自投产至２０１１年１２月３１日形成的相关数据，调查了解以下情况：尘肺病健康监护情况（每年应检人数、实检人数、尘肺病检出人数），每年职业健康检查原始资料，每年尘肺病死亡人数，接尘人数，每年的粉尘检测原始记录。

    根据通知，在粉尘检测方面，此次调研将在回采工作面、掘进工作面、转载点的产尘点和作业人员工作岗位设置采样点，进行总尘、可吸入粉尘和呼吸性粉尘的定点大流量和全工作班检测。

    这份通知指出，此次调研的目的是综合分析国内外防尘技术现状及应用情况、国内煤矿作业场所粉尘浓度现状及煤矿工人尘肺病患病情况、累计接尘量与尘肺病患病率关系等各种因素，研究提出我国煤矿作业场所粉尘浓度管理限值及其检测规范。

    根据通知，调研将在神华宁夏煤业集团公司、神华神东煤炭集团公司、大屯煤电（集团）公司、黑龙江龙煤矿业集团鹤岗分公司、铁法煤业（集团）公司、开滦（集团）公司、中国平煤神马能源化工集团公司、大同煤矿（集团）公司、山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团公司、枣庄矿业（集团）公司、兖州煤矿（集团）公司、淮南矿业（集团）公司、淮北矿业（集团）公司、萍乡矿业（集团）公司、重庆松藻煤电公司、百色矿务局、右江矿务局所属具有２５年以上生产历史、有较为完备粉尘采样记录、开展了正规职业健康体检的煤矿中进行。
