新华社深圳７月１４日电（记者卫敏丽、吴俊）１４日，首届中国公益慈善项目交流展示会发布了《中国慈善会发展报告》、《中国社区慈善服务报告》两份慈善行业最新研究报告和２０１２中国城市慈善项目指数。这一系列研究成果的发布，提供了了解目前中国慈善生态的新窗口。

    《中国慈善会发展报告》是我国第一次针对慈善会系统的研究报告。报告发现，经过近二十年的发展，慈善会已经建立了基本覆盖全国的组织网络，截至２０１２年６月，全国共有县级以上慈善会１９２３家。过去五年，慈善会捐赠接收总量整体呈现上升态势。２０１１年全国慈善会系统接收捐赠款物总额达２０３．８９亿元，其中，中华慈善总会接收捐赠款物折合人民币约６５亿元人民币。

    此外，交流会还发布了２０１２中国城市慈善项目指数，该指数是城市慈善指数指标体系中的一个二级指数，包含项目资金、项目数量、项目领域分布情况、项目类型、受益规模、受益覆盖率七个评价指标。

    研究发现，在２０１０年和２０１１年，２６４个城市慈善项目资金总量为２９１．１５亿元，城市平均项目资金为１．１亿元。在２０１２年的调查中，２６４个城市慈善总收入为４５３．２１亿元，项目总支出为２９１．１５亿元，资金使用率为６４．２４％。
