    监测数据显示，２０１０年４月份以来，全国生姜价格整体呈涨势，２０１０年１１月６日创监测以来最高，每斤为７．２１元，随后价格逐渐回落。与监测以来最高价格相比，２０１２年８月２日，全国生姜价格下降５３．７％，每斤为３．３４元。分地区来看，约七成省区市价格降幅超过５０．０％，天津、北京、河北的降幅居前，分别为６９．０％、６８．７％、６５．８％。目前，全国生姜价格明显低于２０１１年同期，８月２日价格同比下降２１．０％。
