网友“海南游客”在投诉中称，5月份到分界洲岛潜水，感觉很不好。该网友说，穿好潜水服和潜水设备，教练讲解下水一些方法后就开始介绍水下摄影，不想接受教练就不让下水，最后没办法，该网友只好答应接受价格不便宜的水下摄影项目，这样教练才让网友下潜。
