比利时西北部根特市一列运载化学品的货运列车4日凌晨出轨，引发大火，致1人死亡，17人受伤，当局紧急疏散将近300名附近居民。

　　比利时铁路网络运营商说，事故发生在当天凌晨2时左右，出事路段位于斯海勒贝勒镇与韦特伦镇间，那列货车共13节车厢，其中6节出轨，失火并引发一连串爆炸。由于这列火车上载有化学品，燃烧后产生大量有毒气体，并且这些气体通过排水系统扩散，威胁到了附近居民的生命安全。有关部门随即对事故发生地方圆500米区域进行了疏散，近300名居民被迫转移。
