今年“十·一”黄金周恰逢国庆、中秋两节相连，铁路客流将有较大变化和增长，针对大客流集中出行，上海铁路部门将对“十·一”黄金周期间部分列车试行互联网车票预约服务，旅客在9月10日11:00至20:00，登录中国铁路客服网站（www.12306.cn）注册后，可提前预约9月29日、9月30日、10月1日、10月5日、10月6日和10月7日六天上海站、上海南站以及上海虹桥站开往郑州、武汉、南昌和成都方向的42趟直通旅客列车车票。9月10日，旅客在12306网站提交车票预约需求后，9月11日至9月14日系统会自动配票。系统配票成功后，铁路部门将信息以邮件方式发送到旅客注册网站账号时填写的邮箱，12306网站也将从9月15日8:00起开通网上查询业务，旅客可从网上查询预约结果。预约成功后，旅客须在9月17日20:00前在12306网站办理网上支付手续，逾期未办的预约车票将不予保留。支付成功后，旅客可到就近代售点或车站售票处取票。
