消防官兵赶赴现场后，发现该处海拔1000余米，地形十分复杂,多处峭壁、悬崖，加之刚刚下过小雨，情况异常恶劣。救援队员利用喊话、信号灯等方式与被困者进行联系时，隐约听到不远处传来被困者的呼喊声，经过约一个小时的艰难行进，终于找到被困人员。此次救援历时近6小时，终于将被困伤员成功救下山。
