国务院公布的2013年节假日安排近日引起了广泛关注。昨天，律师韩甫政表示，其中部分放假调休安排导致劳动者一周连续7天上班，这与劳动法等法律、法规相冲突，与人们已形成的工作、生活习惯不协调。昨天，他上书国务院办公厅，建议予以修改。
