据台湾“陆委会”公布的最新数字，2012年来台湾的港澳旅客较前年的81万人次成长逾两成，一举冲破100万人次大关，港澳也成为继中国大陆及日本之后第三个来台旅客突破百万人次的地区，攀上历史新高峰。
