今年我省旅游行业将着力做强中俄边境旅游，不断扩大我省中俄边境旅游市场份额，吸引更多俄罗斯游客来我省及全国各地旅游。目前拟定了旅游、经贸、文化、体育、青少年交流五大板块52项活动上报国家旅游局，扩大我省作为中俄边境旅游最佳目的地的对外影响力和市场吸引力。着力推进精品项目建设，提升景区整体品质，大力推进自驾车营地建设，打造自驾车旅游大省；继续抓好旅游名镇建设，积极引导各旅游名镇调整工作重心，实现由全面建设阶段向市场运营阶段转变，省旅游发展金中的名镇资金将继续对全省16个名镇（新增哈尔滨松花江避暑城名镇）旅游项目给予重点支持。
