半岛都市报5月5日讯(记者 王元孔) 近日，市旅游局发布 4月份以及五一小长假的投诉情况，一日游合同落实、旅行社形成安排依旧是焦点。

　　4月份，游客投诉旅行社的问题主要是服务标准和行程安排。比如，山东省中国国际旅行社青岛分社组织欧洲旅游团，因酒店标准引发投诉；行程安排方面，把赏花类景点安排在傍晚，影响了观赏效果。业务操作不细致，旅行社未能及时掌握旅游目的地信息，在江西婺源油菜花期后仍组织游客前去游览。“五一”小长假期间，“一日游合同(示范文本)”不规范问题依旧突出，有游客投诉锦江假日旅行社导游，擅自要求游客交付另行付费项目团款；有的旅行社，旅游费用约定不清，另外收取索道费、区间交通费；沿途长时间停靠收客，耽误游览行程安排。
