特区政府统计处17日发表《香港统计月刊》，在最新有关港人北上的专题研究中，指港人去年因商务工作及私人旅游，以内地为目的地占86%，港人去年到内地多达7280万人次，私人旅游占67%，商务工作则占33%，分别为4878万人次及2402万人次。私人旅游指非业务性质旅行，包括旅行团及非旅行团形式，目的包括度假、探访亲友和参加康乐及文化活动。
