据国家食品药品监管局有关负责人介绍，联合督查将于9月中下旬展开。针对景区经营者，本次督查将重点检查其是否按照有关法规及《旅游景区质量等级的划分与评定》国家标准的有关要求规范餐饮服务食品安全工作；是否禁止无证餐饮单位进驻景区；是否及时向当地食品药品监管部门、旅游行政部门报告景区餐饮服务单位季节性开业或歇业情况；是否及时公布餐饮服务单位量化分级管理评定结果。

　　针对景区餐饮服务单位，将重点检查其是否存在无证经营，擅自改变经营地址、许可类别、备注项目，转让、涂改、出借、倒卖、出租《餐饮服务许可证》等行为；是否严格执行人员健康管理要求；是否存在采购和使用病死、毒死或死因不明的禽、畜、兽、水产动物及其制品和超过保质期的食品行为等。

　　督查将分6个组，分别对辽宁、江苏、浙江、海南、四川、贵州6个省进行检查。各督查组将在每省至少抽查两个旅游景点，每个旅游景点至少现场抽查3家不同规模的餐饮单位。(记者 胡浩)
