从国外旅游回国的市民要注意了。从11月1日起，新版《出入境人员携带物检疫管理办法》将实施。与旧办法相比，新办法规定的禁止入境物新增了燕窝、土壤、转基因生物材料等。此外，入境旅客不能携带任何新鲜水果、蔬菜，携带宠物入境也仅限犬或猫，且每人每次限带一只。
