　　全国城市“一卡通”互联互通项目：是指本地城市IC卡能够实现在其他城市刷卡消费，持卡人能够享受当地刷卡的优惠政策。该项目由住房和城乡建设部组织推进。去年，上海、宁波、绍兴、湖州、台州、常熟、兰州等8个城市已实现“一卡通”的互联互通。市民持“一卡通”可在8个城市内随意乘坐公交车，同时，上海开通了乘坐轮渡、地铁的功能，在宁波市民还可刷卡租赁自行车。
