本报讯（记者田虎）昨天，记者从国家旅游局了解到，中国旅游研究院发布的2012年全国游客满意度调查报告显示，当前我国游客满意度总体上稳中有升，自开展全国游客满意度调查以来首次突破80分，达到“满意”水平，但北京在城市游客满意度排名中未进前十。

　　游客满意度调查报告显示，游客旅游投诉处于“不满意”水平，地区间旅游质监和投诉服务的差距没有进一步缩小，提升趋势处于停滞状态，但抱怨和投诉水平有所下降。2012年游客投诉满意度为59.2，处于“不满意”水平。此外，2012年全年样本城市游客满意度前十位从高到低依次是苏州85.96、上海85.84、黄山85.15、南京84.68、成都84.17、厦门84.15、宁波84.06、杭州83.30、无锡83.14、重庆83.02，北京82.73仅列第十一位。
