南都讯 2012年12月19日22时30分左右，三亚市夏日百货商场门前停车场发生一起寻衅滋事案件。2月12日，一则经过编改的视频《三亚旅游悲惨遭遇》在网上流传，引起众多网友关注。2月13日，三亚市委宣传部、三亚市公安局针对此事通报称，事件实为当事人翁志刚倒车被石块刮蹭，恼羞成怒殴打协警，并向记者提供了事发现场视频。对于通报内容，有部分网民提出质疑，如摄像头为何会移动，宋连涛、张明志是否与翁志刚等人相识，现场喷辣椒水的男子是不是警察，警方为何让手机拍摄者删除视频、并将其带到警局等。对此，三亚市大东海派出所民警昨日一一作了回应，否认喷辣椒水男子系警察。经核实，翁志刚为黑龙江省穆棱市政协委员。
