中新网2月20日电 据香港大公报报道，内地旅客为香港带来巨大经济效益，但同时水货客的问题亦影响港人的生活。旅发局表示，去年的访港旅客当中，有1,000万人是透过一签多行政策来港，为扩大内地市场的收益，吸引“真正”的旅客，以增加内地过夜旅客的比例及在港消费量。旅发局向立法会提交的文件指出，在2013至14年度将进一步增加华南以外地区的推广资源，至占内地推广整体资源的84%。
