中新网3月5日电 在刚过去的春节假期，香港出现旅客在旅游大巴上过夜的不愉快事件。据香港《大公报》报道，港区全国政协委员林建岳指出，香港旅游配套设施严重滞后，且内地与香港在旅游市场的安排上缺少充分的事前沟通。他建议，政府牵头推出有序安排个人游访港、台港互免旅客签证等措施，推动两岸四地发展旅游业。
