据了解，作为三清山风景区1号建设工程，德上高速公路三清山连接线起于德上高速公路三清山西互通出口，终点位于外双溪服务区，包括了德上高速三清山互通至枫林服务区旅游公路、红枫大道以及玉坑至坪溪桥老路改造等工程，全长17.5公里，总投资3.12亿元，是三清山连接中心城区和周边县市、景区的重要通道。
