南方日报讯 （记者/蔡华锋 通讯员/李旭）7天连锁酒店集团近日宣布与凯雷控股等买方集团达成私有化协议，将以ADS每股13.8美元收购公司股票。该价格比此前宣布“私有化”方案前的最后一个交易日提出的私有化报价高30.6%，预计整笔金额约6.88亿美元。据悉，这一报价接近市场预期，预计较容易获得中小股东同意。如果不出意外的话，私有化交易将在2013年的下半年完成交割。
