广大游客及旅游从业者:

　　创建文明和谐的旅游环境，是每位游客和旅游从业者共同的责任；倡导文明旅游，是提高社会文明程度、促进社会和谐、形成良好社会风尚的有效途径。在首个“中国旅游日”到来之际，我们向广大游客及旅游从业者发出如下倡议：

创建文明and谐的旅游环habitat,Is the responsibility of each tourist and tourism practitioners;Advocate civilized tourism,Is to improve the degree of social civilization/To promote social harmony/The effective ways to form good social fashion.In the first"China tourism day"The arrival of,We sent the following initiative to the majority of tourists and tourism operators:

　　广大游客应做到：从自身做起，恪守公德，讲究礼仪，文明游览，安全出行，摒弃不良习惯，注意言谈举止；自觉遵守《中国公民国内旅游文明行为公约》和《中国公民出国（境）旅游文明行为指南》，遵法规、守秩序、讲卫生、爱护环境和公共设施，争做文明和友谊的传播者。

广大游客应做到:Start from the self,Abide by social morality,Pay attention to etiquette,Civilization to visit,Safe travel,Abandon the bad habit,Pay attention to manners;Consciously abide by[Chinese citizens domestic tourism convention civilization behavior]and[Chinese citizens to go abroad(habitat)Travel behavior guidelines],According to laws and regulations/To keep order/Speak hygiene/Care for the environment and public facilities,Be a civilized and friendly.

　　广大旅游从业者应做到：自觉规范经营行为，恪守职业道德，遵纪守法，信守合同；不发布虚假广告误导游客，不低于成本价招徕游客，不“欺客”不“宰客”；努力提高自身文明素质，做文明旅游的实践者、传播者；及时提醒劝阻游客不文明行为，引导游客尊重旅游目的地文化习俗。

广大旅游从业者应做到:Specification management behavior consciously,Abide by professional ethics,law-abiding,Abide by the contract;No false advertising misleading tourists,Not below cost to attract tourists,Don't"QiKe"Don't"Rip off";The quality of their own civilization,Do civilized tourism practitioners/communicator;Timely remind dissuade visitors to not civilization behavior,Guide tourists to respect cultural tourism destination customs.
