　　据了解，三亚海事部门日前接到举报称，一艘船体标识为“11325”的无证游艇由三沙海域返回三亚某游艇码头。在确定其到港时间后，三亚海事部门立刻派出执法人员登艇开展调查。

　　经调查取证，该游艇在未持有有效检验证书情况下，前往三沙甘泉岛、晋卿岛附近海域游玩，且该艇操作人员也未按照规定持有合格的游艇驾照，属无证驾驶。该艇及其操作人员违反了《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》和《游艇安全管理规定》的相关规定，三亚海事部门依法对该艇所有人和操作人员进行了处罚，并对有关人员进行教育和引导，要求其从中吸取教训，严格遵守海上交通安全法律法规，提高海上安全航行意识。
