记者从四川省旅游执法获悉，今年一季度，全省共受理旅游投诉31件，除12件正在办理中，其余均已结案，全省无重大旅游投诉。四川省中国旅行社、四川省新东方国际旅行社等4家旅行社“上榜”，投诉内容涉及游客购物点购买假货、旅行社多收取航空费用等。
