  近年来,随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,韩国国内要求延长劳动者带薪休假时间的呼声也日益高涨。去年2月1日,韩国修订并实施新的《劳动基本法》,进一步延长劳动者的带薪休假时间。新的《劳动基本法》规定,对于年出勤率在80%以上的劳动者,雇主必须提供15天的带薪年假;年出勤率不足80%的劳动者,每月可带薪休假1天。《劳动基本法》还规定,在同一家公司工作21年以上的劳动者,每年可获得不超过25天的带薪休假。带薪休假的机会不能跨年使用,假期天数不能累计到下一年。
