据介绍，目前中央大街四A级景区已建立游客中心，设置了电脑触摸屏、游客休息区、影视播放区、纪念品销售区等，为游客提供咨询、购物及互联网络服务。为方便游客游览，景区还集中对停车场、旅游公厕、垃圾箱、休闲广场、医务室等设施进行建设，制作了中央大街景区导视系统，更换50块指路牌。目前，100余家国内外知名企业入驻中央大街。中央大街每年推出冰雕艺术文化节、街头音乐文化节、圣诞嘉年华、音乐之街、书香老街等文化旅游活动上百场，真正成为了集旅游、商务、休闲、娱乐于一体享誉中外的“哈尔滨中央欧陆风情旅游区”。
