据了解，“7·21”特大自然灾害中本市大部分公园景区都遭到了不同程度的破坏。其中通州大运河森林公园、丰台北宫国家森林公园等23家公园，房山十渡、石花洞等8处风景名胜区在强降雨中受损最为严重。因设施受损，部分公园景区雨后一度停止开放。其中，景区受损最严重的房山、门头沟，原本也是煤炭、矿石的开采大区，山体及植被曾遭受到严重破坏，地质灾害点、隐患点较多。市园林绿化局公园风景区管理处处长张亚红介绍，针对“7·21”特大自然灾害，全市公园、风景名胜区的灾情评估报告以及灾后重建的指导意见将于本周内出台，各公园景区将针对各自的隐患点，有系统地开展重建。下半年市园林绿化局将推动各景区开展“生态敏感区”的普查。除了国土部门公布的地质灾害隐患点外，景区内是否还有其他生态环境比较脆弱的区域，也将调查。今后新建旅游服务设施必须避开这些区域。同时对于已经存在的服务设施，像游客服务中心、小商品售卖点等，要请专业部门进行严格的安全评估，如果不符合安全标准，必须迁出重建。针对景区内的生态敏感区域，要通过增加植被等手段，减少泥石流、山体滑坡、塌陷等现象的发生，以保证公园、风景区的安全。
