在稳定“十一”期间旅游饭店客房价格方面，日前，三亚市价格主管部门对204家“十一”期间接待游客的旅游饭店客房价格进行了核准备案。“十一”期间，三亚旅游饭店标间平均价格为1285元/间·天，204家旅游饭店标准客房价格区间比例在1000元以下的客房数量约占59.1%。
