公共博物馆全部免费开放 All public museums free

　　《办法》（修订稿）提出，除文物建筑及遗址类博物馆外，各级文化、文物部门归口管理的公共博物馆、纪念馆和美术馆等要全部向社会免费开放。与居民日常生活关系密切的城市公园要充分体现公益性，实行免费开放。暂不具备免费开放条件的，应从低核定票价。
