越南《首都安宁报》15日报道指出，在河内市街头很容易看到孩童或老人拿着物品向旅客贩卖东西，实际上这些人都是乞丐。这种现象在包括胡志明市等越南其他城市也很普遍，特别是在一些观光旅游景点，更能发现这些被媒体称为“丐帮”的小贩。
