北京旅游绿皮书:入境旅游刚性消费下降--亲稳舆论引导监测室

  绿皮书报告显示,近年来,北京入境旅游消费构成发生显著变化,长途交通、住宿、餐饮等旅游过程中的“刚性消费”比重下降,景区游览、娱乐、购物等“弹性消费”比重增加。

  北京市旅游部门相关统计显示,2006年,北京入境游客在长途交通、住宿、餐饮三方面的“刚性消费”占全部旅游花费的73.7%,2011年这一比重下降至48.7%,其中住宿消费下降幅度最大。而景区游览、娱乐、购物三项“弹性消费”占旅游总花费的比重从2006年的21.4%增加至2011年的35.5%,其中2011年入境游客在京购物消费占旅游总花费的比重达25.3%。

  北京旅游学会旅游消费促进研究中心主任李金华认为,尽管入境旅游者购物消费占旅游总花费比重逐年提升,但与国外相比仍有较大差距。2011年,入境旅游者在京人均花费1041美元,平均停留4.2天,花费构成中,购物占25.3%。而在旅游产业发达国家,游客购物花费一般占旅游消费总额的40%至50%,这在一定程度说明北京入境游产品附加值仍偏低,亟须有效、深度开发购物、娱乐等领域的高利润旅游产品。
