  10月29日下午,微博红人罗永浩在其微博上称“温和要求管理混乱、作风无赖的国航给我一个正式道歉——我的国航CA822航班飞行遭遇。@中国国际航空 @国航小秘书 @国航知音 大家帮忙转发一下,多谢!”。该条长微博中详细记录了罗永浩10月27日携亲友从普吉岛搭乘国航班机回国,因考虑到母亲身体状况为她购买了两张机票,但其中一个座位没有换到登机牌被航空公司取消而引发的纠纷。截至10月30日上午10点,此微博已经被转发了3万多次,引发了网友的激烈讨论。
