　　李如生介绍，我国的风景名胜区多位于边远、偏僻地区，面临地方财政支持力度不够、投入不足的困难，所以，门票收入成为地方增加收入的重要来源。时下，很多地方政府将发展旅游经济列入规划之中，美其名曰环保经济、可持续发展，表面上看非常重视旅游经济开发，但具体落实下去之后，总有一些地方会异化成“门票经济”。

　　谈及如何解决风景名胜区高门票问题，李如生表示，一方面将不断加大中央财政投入，加强地方财政支持力度，使各级财政投入基本满足风景名胜区保护资金需求，逐步解决风景名胜区保护资金对门票收入的高度依赖问题，从而降低风景名胜区门票价格；另一方面将规范管理，加大监管力度，加强筛查和考核，对考核不合格的风景名胜区，将按照《风景名胜区条例》进行处罚，并列入濒危名单并向社会公布；对长期不合格、问题严重、多年不改的风景名胜区，将引入“除名制度”，上报国务院除名。
