经济观察网 综合报道 据经济参考报报道 社科院日前发布的公共服务蓝皮书称，“打车难”成为城市生活中较为普遍的问题，53.77%的人打车需要等10分钟以上。在被调查的38个大城市中，北京打车容易程度排名第28位。一方面是市民抱怨“打车难”，一方面是出租车司机抱怨“活儿不好干”。网民认为，改变“打车难”，必须破除出租车行业的行政垄断，改革出租车特许经营权拍卖和政府定价管理方式，让市场机制发挥调节作用。
