台湾民视报道，台北市议会地下一楼餐厅开始接待大陆游客后，每到用餐时间或假日，市议会就成了菜市场，大陆游客大声喧哗，乱闯议员研究室，甚至卫生习惯也不好，乱丢烟蒂、牙签等，所以，台北市议会从12月底开始针对大陆游客做管制，禁止大陆旅游团走正门，只能从后门进出。
