本报讯（记者黄海蕾）今年春运期间，许多夜间乘坐长途汽车的旅客将不必中途停车，可一站到达目的地。昨天，交通运输部举行今年首次例行发布会，新闻发言人何建中表示，自本月20日起，全国13省市将开展长途客运接驳运输试点工作，春运期间，乘客乘坐长途客车将实现夜间不停车。

　　会上，何建中表示，今年春运是从1月26日开始，到3月6日结束。根据预测，2013年春运全国公路客运量预计为31亿人次，平均每天运送旅客约7741万人次，预计比去年同期增长9%。为保障客流运输，今年春运，道路运输方面将投入84万辆大中型客车，平均每天发送班次在260多万个班次左右。

　　何建中表示，为确保长途客车夜间行驶安全，春运期间，北京、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、山东、河南、广东、广西、四川、重庆、贵州13省（自治区、直辖市）开始试点实施长途客车夜间接驳。夜间接驳主要通过两种形式，一种是停车换人、落地休息，即选择合适的地点换驾驶员，第二种是换车换人，由在接驳点休息等待的司机驾驶另一辆车继续执行客运任务。他表示，通过这两种方式能基本上做到防止驾驶员疲劳驾驶，以及客车因夜间停驶产生的其他问题。
