　　南都讯 记者阳广霞 昨日，《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国循环经济促进法〉办法(草案表决稿)》提请省十一届人大常委会第三十九次会议审议，并表决通过，今年3月1日起实施。其中，之前征求意见稿中规定服务性行业无偿提供一次性消费品将最高罚款1万元，而现在罚款规定已被取消。
