　　记者采访中了解到，从本周开始，有不少用餐者直接取消了原本预订的商务宴请或年会预订。记者昨天拨打了部分社会餐饮企业和高星级酒店的预订电话，发现10桌以上规模用餐的预订量有所减少。绝大多数餐饮企业都表示，直到春节前还有很多时段可接受规模用餐的预订。而在部分高星级酒店，退订的情况有所增多。杏花楼食品餐饮股份有限公司办公室主任孙春莉坦言，近期陆续有单位取消年会。由于其年夜饭八成以上为家庭聚会，撤单现象并不突出。南新雅大酒店做宴会预订工作的钱先生说，目前有十几个宴会取消，比去年同期减少五成左右。主要原因是厉行节约，以及今年春节较去年晚。
