　　全国政协十二届一次会议昨天开幕，在进入人民大会堂北门，回应有关政府机构调整中交通运输部的变化时，全国政协委员、交通运输部党组副书记、副部长，中国民航局局长李家祥表示，交通相关部门大部制改革方案很快就会公布。

　　李家祥表示，北京暂不放开低空飞行。民航局会进一步推动放开低空。目前，我国广东、广西、湖北等省份已进行低空空域管理改革试点。李家祥表示，北京列入试点目前仍没有具体时间表。
