　　浙江食品安全整治百日行动上周已启幕，昨天，我国食品行业、日化行业唯一的院士孙宝国，做客本报与浙江省科协联合举办的“科学会客厅”，讲讲“食品安全那些事儿”。

　　人们听到添加剂，总觉得是不好的。我国对食品添加剂的定义：为改善食品品质和色、香、味以及为防腐、保鲜和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的人工合成或者天然物质。
