农业部、世界动物卫生组织(0IE)组成的动物H7N9禽流感防控工作联合考察组抵达本市，在上海进行为期两天的考察。4月26日上午，上海市农委向考察组介绍了上海动物H7N9禽流感防控工作情况，并就采样监测、实验室检测和市场溯源等话题进行了交流和探讨。4月26日下午考察组还实地察看了三官堂禽蛋批发市场、市动物疫病预防控制中心实验室。

　　考察组认为，上海发生人感染H7N9禽流感病例后，上海迅速建立全市性联防联控工作机制，及时采取关闭活禽市场等措施，防控工作取得积极成效。上海农业部门积极开展疫源调查，全面开展对相关动物的监测，及时掌握动物感染H7N9禽流感情况，为消除和切断传入源做了大量工作，为做好H7N9禽流感防控工作发挥了重要作用，上海有效防控H7N9禽流感的做法值得推广和借鉴。

　　据介绍，考察组由国内外兽医流行病学、新发禽病和防控政策等方面专家组成。离沪之后，考察组还将赴浙江和国家禽流感参考实验室等地进行相关考察与交流。
