日前，省政府法制办网站公布《广东省排污许可证管理办法》(送审稿)向公众征求意见。《办法》明确了企事业单位和个体工商户排放大气污染物、工业废水、医疗废水、规模化畜禽养殖污水等，应当持有排污许可证。其中，还将“向环境排放餐饮污水的”排放污染物行为纳入监管范围，这意味着餐饮行业也要办排污许可证，餐饮业产生的油烟污水有望得到控制。
