　　针对群众热议的“45天速成鸡”问题，武汉市畜牧科技推广站的陈橙说，利用现代养殖技术，45天养成的鸡很正常，大家不必恐慌。武汉产品质量监督检验所的教授级工程师江小明也提醒大家，一定要做一个聪明的消费者，不要迷信进口的就是好的，要善于通过查看标签标识和食品安全公示信息来培养理性消费意识。湖北省食品药品监督检验研究院副主任医师江燕说，自己主要从事保健食品的检测工作，保健食品品种繁多不易鉴别，很多市民往往容易上当受骗，希望食品药品安全科普宣传专家志愿者队伍这个平台为更多市民提供咨询帮助。
